Homebrew DSI Downgrade game saves

so one of my friends has 2 3ds's. One n3ds on 11.1 with all his save data on it, and one o3ds that can eventually have cfw installed. Installing cfw is easy, but the major concern is if his game saves will stay. I understand nand saves go away like mii plaza and streetpass, but what about downloaded titles? And will the eshop account be fine too?

Literally after this found a jksm 3dsx build, which i didnt know existed. I do have 1 more important question though. Doesnt a system transfer require an update, and didn't 11.2 patch the dsiware downgrade?

With httpwn you don't have to update. Plailects guide tells you that too.
