If it's made by humans, it can be cracked by humans. I don't think it's POSSIBLE to make something hack-proof.

Yeah, and just to say the reason of updates is not to (just) block flashcarts - they just added the measures to do that.

Also, What I think is problem for nintendo is start making the DS not boot actual games?

I mean, how they now bypass it is such a method that getting it blocked will compromise the normal users, and nintendo would not, and could not do that.
