I was hyped when I saw the title...
I thought some programmer h4xx0r has started working on it.
Then I saw the OP and I found out this is just a dream.

But even if it was possible it would probably be alot like ichiflys GBA emulator...
It would only load stuff under 2-4mgb's and only on 1-2fps.
