I dunno bout on DS2x86, but it looks like the series works on DSx86. Here's the compatibility list from Pates site.

Tested Ultima 6, works great, but saving doesn't seem to work, and crashes the game.

Could somebody try Magic Pockets and Gods on it as I can't find any feedback on these two games and if they work I will install the emulator, love those two games

It apparently works on DSx86, though it hasn't been tested on DS2x86. Keep in mind that DS2x86's sound support is extremely limited so you probably won't get full sound. I do know the SNES version of Gods works fine on BAGSFC and CATSFC with a CPU frequency of 5 though.

How am I supposed to set up Arena to work with this?

Gods should work. There's not much sound of course, but I've at least played well into the first level so far and it's working well.
