Misc DS/Wii gaming weekends

I tried to connect yesterday, no people or strange erros, gonna try both with ds and emu.

We need to find out how to fix error 84020. We can't move on because that's the main problem. It might be something related with deleting settings when launching other patch game.

Ok, so I ran some tests and searched online for answers. There was nothing accurate, but let's try one thing. There will be online gaming weekend on 15-17 of January on 3 pm (gmt+3). It will continue until Monday. We will play mario kart ds (AltWFC patch). Make sure to do the fallowing steps:
1. If you haven't patched your rom, do it with this https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/c...duOtBxrWRyMgqrsqeIrijzrSBuwvivkaRlc/file?dl=1
2. Exactly in mario kart ds only, go to nintendo WFC/ nintendo WFC settings/ options/ erase Nintendo WFC configuration and press A button 3 times. (This step is necessary)
3. Boot your game again (Do not play any other game online but this one).
4. Go to nintendo WFC/ nintendo WFC settings/ nintendo Wi-Fi connection settings/ connection 1 and setup your wifi.
5. Click on connection 1 again and scroll down to Auto-obtain DNS.
6. Set Auto-obtain DNS to no and both bellow to 104.131.93.87 and 104.131.93.87
7. Now from main menu go to nintendo WFC match and press next or yes wherever it will ask.

We are done! Now we can play online with fresh login. Now when you will connect to online in the game it will I do not recommend to use friends or friend code feature anymore, since every time you play a different game online you will have to do steps above. If this will bypass any server errors, it should work flaweleslly with every game! Good luck and see you on the gaming weekend!

By the way, there is another server to play online. I've tested it yesterday and Mario Kart DS works pretty well. Maybe You should give it a try.

No, we both have DS lite consoles. But i've got shitty and not stable internet connection. Clubhouse games are turn-based so it won't disconnect me as often as in MKDS.

Ed. The same patch that you used for MK (1.6 or 1.5, both versions works).

Since our last gaming weekend was successful, I would like to do more! Of course some of us have some connection problems, so we will be voting for a turn based game! I vote for worms open warfire 2 SSL (Nossil) patch. For those who are looking for information: There will be online gaming weekend on 22-24 of January on 3 pm (gmt+3) like always.
