i am just wondering if there is an app that can transfer roms or files to flahcart microsd without taking it out like dsftp does but this one seems to be very slow for bigger files like roms. is there an alternative way. thanks.
DSFTP is about as fast as you're going to get, unfortunately. You could probably get faster speeds by using DSLinux in some way (I've gotten 100 kb/s downloads when downloading *.mp3 files through the Links web browser) but good luck setting that up correctly, especially if you don't have any slot-2 RAM.
