NDS Games(not DS_game), Iplayer and DS2x86 does not load on my DSTWO.
I already tried reformatting (with panasonic formatter),Redownloading files, using different micro SD cards but no luck.
I don't want to be stuck with a DS that only plays GBA games.

What are some of the situation you met? Like black screen or something?

Now that IS weird - you've done everything I would've suggested & it'll still not working
(although.... perhaps there's something wrong with your cardreader, could THAT be corrupting files on transfer ??)

One thing to ask (not that it'll help) but when you say 'NDS games(not DS_game)' do you mean that you can select 'DS_game' from the 'plugin' menu & it'll start but it doesn't show any NDS games OR it starts & shows NDS games but when selecting a game it doesn't run ??

Oh - one last thing I just thought of while typing.....
What are you using (PC wise) - Windows XP,Vista or '7' (I assume you're using a PC and not a MAC etc)

OK now it loads most DS games (seems to have fixed itself?)
Games that still don't work are:
Pokemon Black/White (ENG V7)
TWEWY
Pokemon Ranger 1,2 and 3
Zelda PH and spirit Tracks

Oh yeah for clarification these games just get stuck at loading but never finish,I almost waited 15 minutes but still nothing and I'm using Windows 7.
EDIT: Tried using a different card reader, no luck.

Stuck at loading screen...Hmm, did it HANG at the loading screen or just go blank?

There Might Be Something Wrong With Your SuperCard

Tried newly formatted card with only one game on it, does not work.
EDIT: Tried it on yet another Micro SD card,999 now works!
Incidentally both non-working Micro SD cards were 8GB class4
Now I'm using a 4GB class6 and it loads games,iPlayer and DS2x86.

Did you use panasonic Formatter ?? and did you do a 'quick format' or a 'full format' ??

I can tell you now I've just solved a problem which turned out to be the MicroSD card (a Kingston 8Gb Class 4) in the end (Read about it here)
Basically a homebrew wouldn't run on the Kingston, but after trying it on other cards - it did work, despite me [quick] formatting the kingston several times it still wouldn't work.
Out of desperation I did a 'Full' format - & now it works fine
