Hacking DS TTI Card stuck on loading screen

My daughter has had this card for at least 3 years and everything was working until she started getting errors at every game loading.

I went to the manufactures site and then loaded the new firmware. She was playing something the other day and turned it off. She went to play again and it wouldn't load.

We realized the micro sd card was fried. The computers didn't recognize it so last night we bought a new card which worked great. We followed the information on this site for formatting and reloading numerous times and the same thing occurs.

A happy loading screen in the top screen and a black screen on the bottom.

How about you downgrade the firmware, and format the sd card using panasonic sd card formatter (I think its called that? I might be wrong?). Remember, quick format = not very good. Format = very good.
