Hacking DS-To-TV cables?

I remember reading about a cable that required taking apart the DS Phat that hooked it to the TV, but I'm wondering if there was any way to do it otherwise. If needed, I DO have a spare of said DS Phat...

There is a device called a nitro cam or something of the sort that only devs and certaing press have to record screens. No one has seem to have ever seen it though. So basically what i am saying is no. There is currently no way to do so unless using an emulator or recording your screen with a camera.

There's no output ports, so you either need an accessory to make one (the Nitro Cam mentioned before), or to open the DS up and rig one yourself.

I guess its the same like on a XL/LL - it's just upscaling two 256 × 192 Pixel Images.

And the Device is called:
"IS NitroCapture"
It's just available for Developers (Licensed ones) and bigger Magazines (IGN,...)
