Hyper version spam attack!

Another amendment :/

- Added an "If" command to the previews, used primarily for DSTwo previews
- Added the ability to check an images height in the previews (e.g. image_name.Height). This fixes the clock problem in the DSTwo previews
- Amended CannonFoddr's DSTwo previews to allow for the new features

Hope you don't mind me altering your DSTwo previews CannonFoddr. I realised when I started attempting to make a skin that there were some preview commands that were required ("If" statements, etc), so I added them in and amended the previews. See the new version for details on how to use them!

No worries, thanks for everything you've done helping out so far

Lol, I've been updating this all day xD. I would post up my progress, but I haven't really gotten anywhere...(Recent Apps and Accessories previews are completely done though xD...as in pixel perfect for the most part =D...my font might need to be adjusted though xD).

Just a thought (since I haven't checked if I did something wrong with my xml), but the inherit value can be stacked right? Like inherit a screen that inherits something...or maybe it doesn't do that...

They can't be stacked presently, I could add that in though. It would come in handy, especially now I added the "Hidden" thing. I might make it so you can inherit from multiple sources aswell. (e.g. Inherits="MainMenu,Clock,TitleBar"). I'll add all this in a bit later.

Okay, uploaded another version.

- Improved the DSTwo previews, should be very accurate now
- Fixed several bugs
- Added the ability to stack "Inherits"
- Added the ability to define multiple "Inherits" (e.g. Inherits="MainMenu,TitleBar,Clock")

Just one word of warning when using the multiple Inherits thing, seperate them by ","s but make sure there is no white-space. (e.g. Inherits="MainMenu, TitleBar, Clock" don't work, Inherits="MainMenu,TitleBar,Clock" will work).

This'll probably be my last update for a bit, need a break

Updated again, now too much this time. I was informed about a bug involving saving moonshell2 skins (all skins will have been affected, I'm surprised I never found this earlier). Fixed anyway now, so anyone using this program for Moonshell2 is recommended to update.

im new to this

i can't upload a picture using wood skin maker.

it says upload image; shows no image where my pic is.

Is your pic a bitmap (bmp)? The program will only allow the correct file type to load, so it will filter out anything that isn't a bmp.

oh. well im still new in the acekard skin making.

Lol, my first AK2 skin didn't have a wonderous reception (it was the GBATemp Exclusive skin for WoodR4 xD). Apparently people thought it was too much Exclusive (how can you have too much exclusive anyway?).

On the topic of the moonshell2 xml, I think I'll post it up once I finish both of the folder views (just quick realigning and then adding some touch/buttons/reference points). The system menu is also pretty much done (I have one line of text that I have to check to see if its aligned)

Actually I found Acekard very simple (although I admit all I did was change the graphics on my fist skin)
- So I'd recommend NEVER attempt a Sakura or Moonshells skin - Acekard only has ~36 graphics to worry about, while Moonshell2 has ~144 & Sakura has ~164

Oh - & FYI, there is a small tutorial on the WIKI on - IMHO - what I consider one of the easiest ways of doing skins (It's actually a copy of this post)
Mind you I would say that ... since I did the tutorial

WHY not recommend to attempt making MS2 skins?

Ermm - If Basher11 having trouble with only 36 graphics, what trouble would he have with 140+ ????

Since the skins maker updates are now 'slowing down' I've caught up a bit with the DSTwo Plugin

By my reckoning I think it's ~90% done

+ Skin & Sub Menu
+ Language & Sub Menu
+ System Settings & Submenu
+ Cheat Menu
+ Tweaked 'Hotkey' Popup
+ Change [X]/ for [Up]/[Down] on Navigation

Still to do: Progress bar....I haven't managed to finish this 'cos to be honest I haven't actually seen it show up to see what it looks like.

Would like to 'tidy' it up a bit more - but having trouble with the multiple inherits for some rason (& yes I have made sure there's no white-space)

Oh had a little bit of time to cobble together a YSMenu Plugin one as well (I think I've got this one right - it's been a while since I did a YSMenu skin)

Excellent, thanks CannonFoddr

I wouldn't worry too much about the Progress Bar thing, I also have never seen it, and I think I read with the other DSTwo skin editor that blastar hadn't added it in because he couldn't find it either. Maybe it's just a thing they added for the future. I suppose if thats the case you could just guess it for now so that people can still have a rough idea of what it might look like.

Any idea whats going wrong with the multiple inherits? I tested it out a fair bit, but I haven't tested it out in practical usage so there might be things I missed. Can you post your usage of it and results so I can try and figure it out?

Also, I have a thread now on the DSTwo supercard forums in the download section. If you want to add your plugins into that, it would mean people over there could have the latest version of the DSTwo plugins without me having to completely update again.
