Has anyone ever replaced their DS with one of these Shock cases?
I want to know if it is durable and if it fits well, because I want the dreamy blue case. >_<

And if anyone knows where to get bronze or golden buttons please tell me.

NDSL replacement case review
I covered the project SHOCK! cases in the review that I wrote for GBAtemp.net

I'm also the one who performed science's case swap for him. the shock! cases are a pretty good fit and finish wise, however they don't include everything that you would expect (none of the rubber pieces to cover up the screw holes, the inner half of the slot-one cover, a stylus) and still seem to be subject to the cracking under the stress caused by the hinge mechanism.

oh, and they're a bit pricey compared to some of the other offerings out there.

I have used the Shock cases many times. They are very sturdy. I recommend the clear blue or the crystal clear, they are the neatest ones I have used. I have never seen any of my Shock cases crack at the hinge. As long as you carefully save the rubber covers, you will be fine. IMO The clear case looks better without the rubber covers anyway.
