Gaming Ds lite top screen user serviceable ??

Hi.having been repairing ds consoles for a number of years now I have collected a large amount of faulty top screens (some have screen bleed other have damaged ribbon cables )

Anyway has anyone figured out how to interchange parts from screens and marry teo up in order to get a working part again ??

Let's say for example I need to take the ribbon cable from one damaged screen and put this into another

Or even replacing the LCD which has black lines from one which has a broken ribbon cable??

I have opened up many top screens but not yet figured out how or if this has been done before ??

Managed to strip it down to just the raw parts but assuming it's a sealed unit from now onwards ?
