Gaming Ds Lite problems with sound

I have problems with my Sound on a DS Lite that I use for a DS Lite Macro.
Speaker only to hear when the room is silent.
I change them against New but same problem.
The speaker are ok.

The same problem on the headphone.
They are really really low.

Any possible to find the error?
