Gaming DS Lite in first time settings loop

Hello, my DS Lite after replacing top screen stuck in first time settings loop. After finishing settings and rebooting console it goes back to factory reset wizard.
Checked fuses, replaced battery, charging is working fine. Maybe someone had similar problem, I thought about faulty chip on motherboard which holds settings data or maybe RTC? Got donor pcb but don’t have any idea what should be replaced.
Motherboard is USG-CPU-01 if it helps.

Try swapping the wireless cards between them.

I’ve tried it before when I found somewhere that flash memory is on WiFi module. Also checked pins on WiFi module and connector, they seems ok.
