I see scanlines only on blue and only if I do a complicated "dual-shock" vibrate which is hard ot do for me in the forst place, so I guess I'll keep mine,

Any reason why you just didn't adjust either VR1 or VR2 (can't remember which adjusts the lower screen) like I said in my post? They control some kind of sync and/or dc-offset and will remove those "scanlines". They are commonly known, weird that no one else heard of them.

Well I find this very interesting but I failed to google or forum search some kind of documentation about those things called VR1 and VR2. Would be nice to know which adjusts what, since my lower screen of my black dsl is absolutely fine and only the top one features the soft occasional scanlines i already knew from my gba sp. Some links maybe?

I have the same problem with my DS Lite, everything works perfectly, no dead pixels, just
the "scanlines" on the top screen when moving/wobbling the DS.

Anyone knows how to adjust the "VR1" and/or "VR2"?

My old DSphat did that on the top screen, but my lite does not appear to have this problem. I have no clue what is going on with that.
