ROM Hack Ds injecting?

If you haven't noticed my Nintendo is a thing now. One of the rewards is a ds game for download, warioware touched. Now the question is, can we get that and injected other ds games on there?

It's an original DS game that's been recompiled as DSiWare just like that Advance Wars game.

Nope, not unless we had the source code for the original DS game and to know how to compile that as DSiWare I believe.

If I'm mistaken (probably am) couldn't we use the ds emulator for the Wii's source code as a basis for a Nintendo 3DS compatible DS emulator? (Just a thought.)
