Hardware DS Flash Cart

I was thinking of getting this Flash Cart and getting this memory card (list of the other cards). My question is, is this a good choice to use for playing movies and how do I put movies onto the MicroSD card from my computer?

Yes, that flashcart can videos. But, you will need the DS application called Moonshell.

In order to play videos with Moonshell, you'll need to convert your videos to DPG format (DPG converter in the above download).

Ok, after i convert the the movies to DPG format, do I insert the smaller of the two cards into the larger card, stick the two into my laptop, then download the movies onto the cards, then stick the smaller card into the Flash Cart? Sorry if that is a bit stupid sounding >.
