Hacking ds firecard problems please help

Hi guys,my first post and wont be my last.
Ive had several of these cards with no problems.Ive even managed to flash the latest firmware on my others but just had a couple arrive today for family members for xmas but all they do is hang at the start.Both have the latest firmware and ive tried loading the new firmware again followed by the quick format with no luck.Ive changed over the link cable,rebooted the pc so tried most things so any help gladly appreciated.I bought these from China so trying to get a fix before Xmas and dont wanna disapoint the kids,thanks in advance Andy.

Managed to sort out my problem.Id changed the file name.Each file should end with .nds at the end and i altered the name which made the firecard not recognise the file.
