Hacking DS can't detect flashkart

I've updated my R4 card clone to it's latest firmware using my NDS Lite.
So I rebooted my NDS and it can no longer detect the flashkart. It happened with my other card too(another r4 clone) .
Can a wrong firmware causes this? my sd card is fine though, I wonder how can I fix this?

Wrong firmware or a messed-up update can cause this, yes.
