Can anyone help me get phantasy star zero to work?
Here is the code to make it work:
Phantasy Star Zero (J) Piracy Fix
020C5690 E3A00000
020C5694 E12FFF1E
020C59F0 E3A00000
020C59F4 E12FFF1E

(thank you Narin)
I am using a gba movie player

thanks

The original GBAMP!? Wow... You are a diehard.

Are you patching with DSATM after it is fixed to work on the GBAMP? DSATM must always be used last when there are other patches involved. Also try using the DSTT option since it's possible the GBAMP uses the same memory that DSATM uses by default.

What is the exact method you are using? When I use the Max Overload v1.2 patched to work with GBAMP then it produces the patch file but it doesn't alter the game at all.

what is a max overload?

well i use the m3 manager on the game first then i use the DSATM on it with the trainer and DSTT checked and then auto patch then i put it back to my gbamp but it just freezes

Ah, ok. So you actually have an m3 and not an original GBAMP.

I just tested this out on mine and it works fine:

Patched the codes with DSATM with the DSTT option

Used m3 manager 36a with 1x Fast Mode and R/W

Works on the v35 loader

*Note: To clarify the order of patching since there are different types of patching that my previous reply didn't pertain to:

ARM7 Fix (if needed -- is better to use the DSATM ARM7 Fix function)

DSATM patching

m3 Manager, SuperCard manager, EZ4 Client, etc

ok itried those but all i get is white screen

So, i patched the codes with DSATM with the DSTT option

Then used m3 manager 36a with software reset, 1xfast mode, r/w, trim rom after not working i used
1xfastmode,r/w and it still didn't work

Phantasy Star Zero doesn't load at all using this program.

Using a supercard DS one.

I also noticed it keeps trimming the rom so that might be the problem right there.

So cracker, do you see a large increase in downloads when I release a piracy patch? xD I basically tell people to try DSATM if they have problems with the cheat, an old flashcard or want the code always on and such. The problem is, you tend to get a bunch of newbies asking for help.

At any rate my friend, DSATM and GBAATM are very awesome applications, keep up the good work.

Anyone managed to get PSO to save properly using DSATM to autopatch the anti-piracy code? It doesn't seem to have any effect for me.

Yes. It is a double-edged blade.

Thanks for the referrals and compliments.

QUOTE(erokill @ Dec 22 2008, 05:23 AM) It works now, but every time before I get to fight the boss it freezes :/

It is hard to tell if it is a problem with the m3 not being able to stream fast enough (like the problem with CV games), a problem with the m3 needing additional patching (like how CT needed an extra patch for m3 Real users), or a problem with the RAM being used by the cheat function getting overwritten and jumping into somewhat random 'code'.

The latter would be the easiest to check by using 0x2000000 for the RAM address. It will overwrite some of the secure area of the ARM9 but usually this won't cause a problem -- and if it does it is always during booting.

It was PS0 using the same memory that was causing the problem. It can be fixed by doing the following in DSATM:

Load the unpatched game

Choose the name to save the patched game as

Choose the text file with the codes in it

Click the cracker to change to Advanced mode

Change the RAM address to 0x2000000

Click Autopatch it!

This seems so frustrating!
I am a newbie and I am not able to patch Chrono Trigger (U).
I'm using the DSOne SuperCard (Newest Version)
Some of you guys know how to do it.
Could someone do it for me...
Or better yet, you could make a separate thread with step-by-step instructions.
I'll be greatful for any help.
Thanx.

I posted a thread on this earlier, but not many replies, so I'm going to post here too.

Anyway, my problem is that when I patch my FFXII: RW it goes to a blank white screen.
It also doesn't work on no$gba, but the clean rom works, so its not the rom.
I concluded that its not being patched properly or something.

Could you help? BTW, I'm using the micronaught release and AR codes from Kodewerx

Edit:
Oh and just side request, when I use the codes for FFTA2: GotR that's for all party, they
only work on the hero and not the rest of the clan. How can I fix this?

WOW ! cracker ! thx for this aw3some tool ! I used to have problems with it but the new version allowed the patching of Phantasy Star Zero without a problem.

Some things:

- Why does the DS toptoy has an extra option ? has it a special way of patching games ?
- I recommend including line breaks into your readmefiles xD.

if everyone needs help pm me.

Could you guys help me? I pressed ''Patch Game!'' and at the bottom, it said could not open arm7.bin
So do you guys know what to do?
