Well it is a European release. Makes perfect sense to include languages Europeans speak.

EUR versions of games are the exact same game, it just has more languages than the USA version. It has always been like that.

In most cases (like 99% of the time) that's pretty much it.
Well in some cases (not all) the EUR version often does some small details to fix up the problems in the USA version
Like in dementium the ward, they fixed the save problem and some of the problems with the zombies.
As well some games released in EUR often have a super tough AP.
