@engruzii my guess (it has happened before and I would not be surprised if it is happening here) is the much like the licensing things that result in everyone outside Japan being denied such a series (and as much as I like Atlus even their localisations of the OG games were somewhat butchered translation wise) voice actors (or if you must Seiyū) command a fair bit in Japan and contracts as fun there as they are anywhere else (need to be paid multiple times for different uses)

However if people are hacking the game and the voice overs come from existing anime voice acting would not be so hard to add, possibly IP problems but technologically speaking it would be a doddle.

Hmm, as it seems all the text apart from the script is in the overlays, makes it easier to hack, if I were to start a menu translation it'd go smoothly :/
But it'll be just a menu translation

Is anyone interested in helping me out with the translation of the Japanese text?

I think i wanna try this, and might aswell start getting my eyes on some of the anime series aswell.

Quick question, what anime is the one with the animal mecha that was in the trailer posted on the first page?

I'd like to know what SRW fans think of this one as well. I was never able to get into SRW because I've never seen the majority of this shows included. I like the Gundam G Generation games because you can capture suits and build suits. Even so, everyone is always saying 'SRW is so much better than G Generation', so clearly there's something I'm missing.

I acually forgot it has Kotetsushin jeeg and the new gaiking

those who have flash carts should at least try it,the game isnt that big its just (42 MB) in winRAR you wont regret it!! so just atleast try it even if you dont know japanese!!

Riiight. Sorry to be so surly, but thats not exactly convincing, coming from the group that, supposedly, translates all GBA SRT games at the same time. Not since the times of DeJap's death has such grand claims ever produced what they promised.

Which is quite a weird decision, to be sure, i started the Alpha Gaiden translation, and there are a ton of characters with established relationships, and a story that is a continuation of Alpha, and i'm supposed to care about them why ?
And Alpha will come out later with the beginning of the story ? Thats...ehhh... odd, Gideon should have had his priorities straightened out at some point, but i guess he didnt.

The J translation will come as they've been keeping updates. BTW the J translation is being done by a different group and not AGTP. They're currently doing SRWJ, D, and F (Final too).

Well Alpha Gaiden isn't that long, while Alpha is a lot longer. If you really want the story of Alpha then go and play SRWOG1, the base story was pretty much reused in that game.

Oh and for people that are curious, this game isn't that long. It's only 35 stages for your first playthrough, but you unlock 10 more stages.
