It's probably a stupid question but what's the difference between Pilates and Yoga? A couple days ago I saw a "Let's Pilates" release, which seemed very much like yoga to me.

Pilates Uppercut FTW!!

On a serious note, has anyone tried this, and is it any good?
Obviously it's not gonna be as good as going to classes, but is it good enough for a beginner?

I once tried some lets yoga game, and I think that it could be good for beginners (I aint do yoga , but just wanted to see 3d chicks, chicks are fine , and there's a lot of yoga exercises step by step).

Yoga to me focus more on stretching and breathing. You focus on breathing, and using a lot of different "poses" to stretch. Generally you get into a pose position and hold for a few counts. If performed properly, you should get more flexible and feel more "cleansed". I also feel much more relaxed after doing yoga.

Pilates focuses more on your "core" muscles. The core muscles are the group of muscles around and including your abs. When I do pilates, its pretty much non-stop exercise one after another. Generally I get a real good core workout and a good burn especially in my abs.

I basically do yoga to stretch and get relaxed, and do pilates to work on the core muscles. I just mix it up depending on what I want to do.

Hope this helps.. =)

i dont know why tv manufactures put the hdmi ports in dumb locations so the cables have to stick out, and then down, putting strain on the ports. Instead of having the ports along the bottom edge of the tv facing downwards.
