I believe Tony Hawk American Sk8land was bigger than this one in size. It was 1024. I just hope they didn't change the gameplay much since I loved the American Sk8land. It was a pure Tony Hawk game.

INCORRECT!!! American Skateland (I don't spell with numbers) was also 512 Mbits, as was Downhill Jam.

Does anyone know if this slows down like Downhill Jam when using a CycloDS?

American Sk8land was awesome (Downhill Jam not so much; although the online was vastly superior). I hope this one combines the best of both. Singleplayer and online.

Played for about half an hour, and there was no slowdown on my R4 with a Kingston card.

This game is awesome, though. They finally made the handheld Hawk game I wanted. This is just like the old ones, and the graphics sent me back on a nostalgia trip to when I played the first one. I might even buy this game.

I'm going to buy Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam very soon; I saw it online for 9 euros!

They made the stat progress much better, You can't just max out all your stats in five minutes any more.

    i dunno...
i played so many tonyhawk games - it isn't much fun anymore. always the same and i finish every challenge on first try. gfx aren't bad for a ds game but the old cartoon style looked much better imho.
    (works on r4)

I liked the cartoon style of the first game.
Cell shading is a smart way of making the DS graphics look better.
