I believe its something similar to Harvest Moon, but I wouldn't place my bets on it.

This is a nice platform game, it was available on arcade, amiga, c64 and probably some other computer. The english version is already released btw.

Good game, the arcade version is also available on the Taito Legends for the PS2/Xbox.
