I've been replaying Dillon's Rolling Western: The Last Ranger and I realised I never knew what those "mysterious lights" at night do, has anyone figured it out? would it be possible to see what they do using data mining or something of the like?

I'm kinda interested in these lights since no one seems to have an answer on these lights and nobody seems to care about them enough...

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
