I've had Drive in my movies folder legally waiting for me to be watched in theaters and I decided to see it today, as I needed something to do for my film class.

Overall it's a great film. Just approach it with the mindset of it being a drama film and not an action film. There's very little action, a lot of it is driven character interaction (something the film did quite well considering how little Gosling's character talks in the film). Still, it's a great movie to see if and it had some really good build up in it. I'm not gonna lie, I was on the edge of my seat.

Recommended for people who don't have sludge for brains and those who like a good drama with a little action. Probably the best drama I've seen since Gran Torino.

EDIT: For the record, there's a DVDSCR copy out so don't worry about poor quality cam copies.

I have heard that this movie is supposed to be amazing from everyone who has seen it. I guess that means that I will have to check this out sometime soon.

I'll have to check this out. It seemed pretty interesting from the trailers and I heard Bryan Cranston talking about it on the Nerdist podcast. HUGE Cranston fan. HUGE Breaking Bad fan.

Watched it last night. Great flick. The music was excellent and really made the movie (even the Trent Rezner stuff from The Social Network).

The Driver might be The Man With No Name for our generation...
