This is an early preservation-focused Python project designed to rebuild verified Neo Geo ROM ZIPs from supported PC releases that the user legally owns. This does not 'dump' game carts, but 'extracts' digital store versions on Steam/Amazon/GOG. The project uses a modular system: each supported game has its own extraction module, while the main extractor handles the shared workflow. The aim is to make the process cleaner, easier to test, and easier to expand over time. You must provide your own legally acquired source files. This is an early release, so support is intentionally limited. Some games may require further work, and some outputs may depend on the exact PC release version used. Current status The project is now ready for public testing and feedback. After this release, I may open a short request window for additional games, but support will remain focused on titles I can personally verify and test properly. Credits This project was informed by public Neo Geo preservation research and existing community work, including projects such as NGPrimeClaim, goNCommand, mslug-rom-extractor, and other documented extraction research. Full credits are included in the README. The goal is preservation, verification, and transparency. Hi!
I bought a Dreamcast that came in pieces in a bag

i did put i back togheter and it fired right up! WOW! gold was my first tought,but when i put a disc in it after about 10-20 seconds the fan started to rev like crazy and the power led got brighter then i should. baaam it turned of before i could power it down.

the psu died, swapped in my working recapped psu from my other DC, it now powers on the fan spins normal the disc drive seems to work?, but i have no video or audio and also the vmu just beeps when powering on the console nothing more... i have checked fuses and transistors cant find anything wrong. for tv connection im using a hdmi adapter that plugs in the vga port i have confirmed it still working on my other dreamcast.

I think i have isolated the problem to the 2v side after IC104, because on ic104 i have 50 ohms between gnd and v-out = pin3 and 5. removed ic104 to confim if i was that chip or something else of course it was something after that... now im stuck any ideas where to go now?
