I had a dream, or maybe it was just a half awake fantasy, but I Dreamt I got a super computer for christmas. I could make it do anything I wanted just by telling it too. I ported lots of games to NDS homebrew, and than I told the computer to make plans for the following system:

    A DS/PSP/Iphone Hybrid

    Screen:
It had two iphone sized screens. One screen was the iphone style fingertip touch screen, and the bottom was a DS style touch screen. It had photorealistic graphics.

    Memory formats:
The thing could use MemPro duos, microSD cards, DS cartriges, and even UMDs. It had a huge hard drive.

    OS:
It had an OS that was a perfect hybrid of the Iphone, the DS and the PSP, incorporating all of the features into an iphone style loader. It could natively play PS3, PS2, PS1, xBOX 360 and original, N64, SNES, NES, GB, GBC, GBA, DS, PSP, GameCube, Wii, Arcade, PC, Mac and iPhone games/apps all off the UMD, Hard Drive, and microSD card. Movies, music and all other media types could be played in their original formats (avi, divX etc). Video conferencing could also be done wit one of the cameras. Also has the power to code anything just by you explaining the program into the microphone.

    Hardware:
Looked like a ds with two huge screens. The cool thing was that it could flip the top screen all the way over and than put a shutter over the bottom screen so It could act just like The Iphone, complete with three 10 megapixel cameras on the back and one on the front. As far as movies went, I could play two at a time on both screens, and had 2 headphone jacks so two people could watch separate movies at once. The processor was 100 times as powerful as the best mac computer, and so was the ram. It also had a clone of the Mac OS (capable of using all mac and windows apps) on it as well. It also could connect to a television wirelessly without losing any video quality and using it as a controller. In addition to that, It had a strong accelerometer so you could even play motion based Wii games too. Plus, it has bluetooth.

    Wow. Cool Dream.

I dreamt about me being in a digimon world with a werewolf on the loose and i took a rocket to outer space but the wolf sticked to the rocket's exterior and i dispatched the whole rocket and it magically became a house and i saw some drill digimon crying and it started to rain and put out some random forest fire and then we went back home through some portal. Cool huh? [IMG]
On-Topic: That would be awesome if it was real! But only if it sold for 50 bucks, i may be able to afford it. [IMG]

My dream console would be implanted into my brain. It would emulate any other console known to man, using electric impulses to my spine to give me a tactile feedback of any controller known to man (only more comfortable). The video would be streamed directly into my brain, upscaled and remastered to glorious cartoony visuals in HD in the case of older games. Since, in order to do this, it would be soldered somewhere between my eyes and ears and my brain, the device would also use input from my eyes and ears to record pictures and video. Extremely broadband Internet access is a must, of course. And an ability to read/write to memory cards merely by touching them would be a nice extra. Failing that, wireless card readers exist, and the device would obviously have every form of wireless communication (that wouldn't fry my brain if used, of course), ranging from various standards of 802.11 to HAM radio and optical wireless networking. Self-positioning, of course.

Of course, this would work both ways. The console could control my body movements much the same way it can read them, and would give me awesome l33t buttock-prodding skillz in a fight, for example, owing much to all the fighting games it can emulate. Not to mention all the data I'd have on my disposal, ready to be streamed into my brain at a moment's notice.

It would cost over 9000 million trillion dollars and would be highly illegal.

Well mine would incorporate a time portal where it would stream a virtual link between the system and future home consoles including a PS300, Nintendo Pii and XBOX1080. Oh i almost forgot the Failing Sega Beamcast.

It would also have a hyperdemensional link from the fourth dimension into the video cable so they i could experience true 4Dimensional High Definition.

    Gives Veho cookie.
