Does anybody know what may be wrong or what i can do to fix this, because i followed all the steps and i have confirmed my account, but it still won't let me sign in?

Well i can't contact them because the game is only out in japan and other countries around there, if i where to contact them it would cause trouble, ad yeah there's an online beta, the only way to get it is to hack the patch the game after downloading

Then you may be facing region (IP) blocking. Try using a Japanese proxy.
