Homebrew Dragon Quest VI not working on TwilightMenu++

I'm trying to play Dragon Quest VI on my hacked 3ds but nothings working. I've tried using the normal unhacked rom, I've tried using it with an APF.fix, I've tried using the European version, I've tried using NDS forwarder but nothing has worked. I keep getting a data abort error on launch.

Your TWiLightMenu++/nds-bootstrap installation might be corrupted.
Try re-installing using these guides:

Can I still manually add roms and usrcheat.dat or will that corrupt anything

How odd it works on mine then again i injected my ds physical copy i ripped myself.

Yo I’m also trying to play DQ6 on my hacked 3ds from twilight menu but my problem is that when I first arrive at Haggleton there’s no body there. Like literally I am the only person at the town. Did you have this issue? Or know someone that has and its solutions?

thats odd it works on mine did u use an unpatched rom?
