Can someone tell me the steps to get a King Slime? I have a level 12 slime now. Am I supposed to make a bubble slime? >_<

I think you can get one by synthing: ((Slime+Slime)+(Slime+Slime))

Or you can scout the one that appears during the day at the top of infant isle in the ruin. If he's not there, just go up and down the well a few times.

Ok, that was strange, I finally managed to get the game to work. After disk scanning the Mini SD drive and trying the untrimmed rom, I tried defragmenting the Mini SD card, which as far as I know, should do nothing. However, the game no longer locks up at that building anymore, so I guess I fixed it somehow

Grimalkin's database has some codes for it.

now, im curious, how do i wake up the blue mirror on Celeste Isle Sun/Moon shrine? or do I have to do the stuff on that one post above from Szyslak?

You have to do the stuff in my above post in order to access the locked areas of the moon temple. Once you can access the locked areas of the moon temple, you can activate all the mirrors.

Edit: To clarify, you should only go back to challenge Dr Snap after you have placed the sun tablet in the sun/moon plaza. It's confusing because you can still get into the moon temple, but there is no way to open the locked gates. Trust me, I ran around for probably an hour looking for the damn blue switch to open the gates.

Phew, I finally beat the game. After my save just messing up twice. Third was the charm. XD

Congrats Twiffles! There's still quite a bit to do if you ask me. It's one of the reasons I'm enjoying this game so much.

Funny thing, you can't always trust the "Synthesis Picks" feature. Just now, I had the ability to synth a rank "S" Black dragon or a rank "X" Zoma, and the Synthesis Picks said "Our staff have no synthesis recommendations for you at this time."

I tried the DQMJ wi-fi tournament yesterday, and I think it's awesome, but I didn't want to hijack this thread with wi-fi discussion, so I made a new topic on the wi-fi board. Check it out if you want to discuss the WildCard World Cup:

DQMJ Wi-Fi Tourney Topic

Oh, and a major

that there's no online trading. They have local wireless trading, but no wi-fi trading afaik.

Yay.Just finished the game. What new is availiable now except solitaire's challenge?

Well, as I'm sure you know, in order to get into Solitaire's challenge, you have to complete the Advanced scouting proficiency test, as well as defeat rank X in the battle arena. Those are pretty big challenges. Plus, you can get into Dr Snap's lab down in the sewers.
And if you haven't yet, you can check out the metal menagerie at Rummy's palace. Huge experience points there for beating metal slimes, and definitely the best place to scout them.

Plus there's always more synthesizing and wi-fi.

I synthesized Zoma from a Malroth and a Wight King. He's okay, but there are much better 'X (Boss)' ranked monsters in this game to shoot for. I think he's just the easiest 'X' rank to synthesize, so people talk about it a lot.

I haven't seen any place to scout Zoma, but I haven't seen everything in the post-game yet. The only 'S' rank or higher that I've successfully scouted is a Trap Box. Named him "Gotcha".
