Gaming Dragon Quest IX funny glitch

I was in Tywll cave, and used a holy water and it said:
Pika used 9)t)or9)onq9)jenhau9)ejsbusba9) (somthig like that anyway. Bunch of glitch characters with loads of ninesthat took up the rest of the text box)
All traces of the party's passing is purged from the proximity.

I tried to replicate the glitch, but never could. Has this happened to anybody else?

I didn't have this glitch but one time while I was doing a quest my main character got killed in battle but somehow he was still standing although he was dead.Odd

I think this happened to me after a boss fight, I think its intentional since after the battle you can't have a coffin talking
