I'm not sure exactly HOW to do it, but I can tell you it will be annoyingly slow and it would be much more efficient to do it on the computer the server is running on.

oh, it works just fine. Asks you to specify a file name iirc.
Sucks though, because of the slow speeds. You average like a meg every 60 to 90 seconds on a good connection.
