I could list all my steps i've taken and tried but that would take 10 years

No idea what exactly you're trying to do, but if you're trying to install a ticket for a game, get tikshop by scanning this qr code with fbi:

It installs every ticket. All of them on that title key site

Well the game in question is a game that recently leaked before its official release ( ;^) ) and every cia i can find there has the .0 version number :/

...... it's been confirmed sun and moon only bans players for playing early, and the version number has nothing to do with it. Several of my friends can speak on that behalf as well.

Are you shure? Where did you read that? Tried to reinstall but still Version 0, cant find a moon cia with 16

cant think of a source, but i gave out the rom to 3 friends who continue to use the same rom unbanned to this day. Also remember a few temp users mentioning the same thing.
