Hacking Download play does not work at all !!!

Hi,i have just bought a DS and an M3 Simply,can you just confirm that if i was to try to use download play with another ds using it then a few games will work but not all but if the other ds has an M3 then i can play ALL games?

No, it's if the other DS is flashed.
