Which ISP's don't have download limits then

My ISP is Bell and my limit is 60gb

60GB? That's really still a lot, you shouldn't complain that much.
I've got 36GB here, and I have to outsource all my downloads...
I've got 2 brothers who surf a lot on the internet (and watch YouTube movies occasionally), so downloading a game is just not happening

Just stick with scrubbed ones and you'll be fine.

My download limit is between a certain time so I just download during the night or early in the morning.

I know your not, but if your on comcast cable in the states (others contries and providers may have this option as well) pay the extra 10 bucks for an uncapped account. they don't advertise this option but if you call and ask about higher speeds/caps they will normally tell you about/offer it . i regularly reach sustained downloads of 2.2-2.5 MB a second. but remember you can only download as fast as the source can supply you
