Hello, I want to know a thing, there a moment I deleted my MK8D game Update, and now I can't boot the game without this update
I'm on 3.0.0 and I don't want to update my switch
Can I re-download the update without getting banned ?

No, you cannot do anything online-related and hacking-related without risking a ban. This is a given. However, you are free to take that risk and use eXhop to download the update for you without updating your Switch. It should also be worth noting that if you never update your Switch, you can't check if your banned or not.
