ROM Hack Download from estore with cfw switch

Is it possible to download a game I want to buy from the estore without getting banned using a switch running cfw?

Only works with emunand.
Restore a clean nand backup, create emunand to do homebrew and piracy stuff. And then use sysnand to access the eshop and use online features and stuff.

So far that seems to be save. But that can change at any point.
