So the content to cia option failed, saying to read the readme....... though i cant seem to find anything in the readme that will help me get past this. Does anybody know why it says "Game Directory Could not be found!"?

Do you have a folder in files9 named D9Game?

It says game directory not found?
The solution is two posts up from yours. Also, it not only says game directory not found, it also says check the readme. Shame on you.

Anyways, I guess you didn't expect a new release that soon, did you? This is new:
  • Improved SD content -> CIA converter, now works in batch and creates console independent CIAs
  • New SD content ->CXI dumper, simplifying CXI dump and NCCH decrypt of installed content
  • Forced CTRNAND transfer improved (use non-forced unless you know what you are doing)
  • H&S dump / inject now working again on region switched units
If you need an installed content to CIA converter for stuff installed on NAND, take a look at @ihaveamac's ctrnand-title-cia-gen. Have fun!

Yeah, sorry. I saw it like minutes after posting it.

So this new update means i could dump something that is installed to nand/emunand to dump it as a .cxi and then rename the .cxi to a .3ds and the .3ds file would work?

no, renaming ".cxi" to ".3ds" doesn't work. if you intend to use it in Citra or something, it can use cxi files directly.

@d0k3 Is there a way to make the SD -> CIA converter work for only one specific title instead of doing it for all titles? Also, what happens if you shut off the system while it's doing the conversion?

When you start SD -> CIA it asks you which title to dump.
Thanks! But I have another issue: I tried dumping the Sun and Moon demo but going to it's individual folder /title/00040000/001a7100 but it said
"Failed writing the CIA stub
No usable content found
Content to CIA (SysNAND dir): failed!"

It found the proper ticket then failed to write the CIA stub. Could it be a low SD card space issue?

EDIT: I believe it's a low space issue. Let me try clearing out my card and try again.

EDIT 2: Yep, that's what it was. I was running out of space and didn't realize it.

Hey guys I have two gba vc games so how to chose witch save I want to dump? Because it dumps only the save from the first game in line.
Ok I've figure it out it's like with "Agbsave9" you need to save the game you want to dump the save from first, push Home lunch Decrypt9WIP and dump the gba vc save (minus python injecting etc). It saves time, but I hope in the future you can choose the saves you want to dump, bye.

Hey d0k3 ich hab ein old 3ds xl mit der FW 3.1.0 6E man sagte mir man könnte Decrypt 9 darauf Porten gibt es dafür ein tutorial ?

Any how to port Decrypt 9 to 3.1.0 6E , i can start the exploit but then it crashes on the browser

Do you think you can add to your file dumper the ability to dump nand/data/00000000000000000000000000000000/sysdata/00010017/00000000/config needed for citra? The rest of the files can be obtained with 3dsutils. but the config file seems to be a pain in the butt to get.

I realize it's very unlikely, but any chance of a build with sounds? Like a sound after loads, clicks navigating through the menu/selecting filenames, a sound after a success/failure.

@d0k3 If I wanted to prepare myself for the sudden failure of my 3DS, what files would I need to dump with Decrypt9 to make sure I can decrypt my SD card contents and re-encrypt it for a new 3DS? I see SD Padgen (SDinfo.bin) and (sysNAND Dir) but am I understanding correctly that this would make a separate XORpad for each and every single thing on the SD card? If my goal is to take SD files and decrypt them using a new console to then re-encrypt them so that the new console can see them, what would I need to do?
