Having the same issue on startup as it was reported above.

When I start the program it says:

0x03 KeyX & KeyY: automatically set up
0x05 KeyY: loaded, verified, set up
0x25 KeyX: already set up
0x18 KeyX: already set up
0x1b KeyX: not found

Finalizing initialization...

Initialization: partially failed

(A to continue)

When I press A the program seem to work but I am concerned the lack of such key could cause unpredictable behaviours. I am using it on a n3ds with arm9hax
if you don't have slot0x1BKeyX.bin on your SD card you'll ALWAYS see this, it'll only affect certain decryption stuff only under a9lh, read the readme and you might have been able to figure out that such a key was needed

Fun with D9 fonts :D

(this is what happens when you don't get everything exactly right)

to make these you need something like this http://imgur.com/snrvl19 and some other tools (I wrote my own tools, I'll post them when I feel they're ready for release, or if someone puts out something better before me then I just won't release)

I love the current font :(.

I used Decrypt9 for a while without 0x1B, it seems that it has been added in a recent release. You can still add the key if you want, though, that's what I did.

Last edited by Hakujou,
I added that key that was missing in the new release. It just feels incomplete, but probably not needed for my use anyway.

First time ever doing sysnand restore (tried both normal and forced) with this however I am getting error?
Error: Not enough space in EmuNAND partition NAND Restore: failed!
Why am I getting that considering I am trying to restore a sysnand backup to sysnand? or have I done something wrong?

O3DS and using A9LH and have all the keys stated in the readme

Installed the new (real) Version,
it starts up and initialized, but on "0x1B KeyX: not found" seems to be an error.
the 4 other keys work, but trough this error I get "Initialization: partially failed"

is this normal?

If there would be any chance of unpredictable behaviour with that error message, I wouldn't have let you continue. Plus, a quick look into the readme would have revealed which file is missing.

That file is in fact only required for NCCH / CIA Secure4 decryption (of which there are not many titles yet). You need it on all entrypoints, though, not only on a9lh.

@d0k3
Thank you for your wonderful app.

Can you check two things I noticed:
1- The last digit of the 3DS serial no seems to be missing
2- For SysNAND SD path <id0> / <id1>:
While id0 is correct, id1 never matches

This was tested on Decrypt9WIP-20160401 (commit 24064c1)
The <id1> is not wrong, it is the calculated one. It is different from your actual <id1> cause you have migrated to another SD card (while keeping your data) in the past. Not an issue.

Any reason to keep slot0x11key96.bin?
yes, for emuNAND
That file is not used by Decrypt9 anymore, but CakesFW uses it,

You actually found a small, non critical bug. Bugfix release coming up.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

@curley12: I fixed that bug and made a new release. Get the new release from here.

thanks @d0k3, but in this case, isn't the Message "partially failed" not kind of misleading?(because for aurei cfw/updated SysNAND everything is successfully, not partially failed? - just my thinking :-))
and where do i get the slot0x1BkeyX.bin file, despite i don't need it?
I want to have everything as clean as possible, so i'd like to insert the 0x1B Key too :D

It is failed in the sense that you don't have full functionality without that file. You may try decrypting a Secure4 NCCH at a later point, and it will not work. No, that is a partially failed initialization. As for getting it - sharing is not allowed, but I'm sure you can help yourself (hint: I personally will never share that file).

Yeah, got it now :-) Thanks for explenation @d0k3 :-)

Buy why wouldn't you share it?
It seems to be the same key for every 3ds - so, nothing THAT special, or am I on a wrong path?
