Gaming download code not received

Hi, I receieved the code today but it's not being recognised when i enter it. Anyone else having this problem?

Try zeros instead of capital Os and vice versa.

Sent them an email and it works now. Didn't get a reply so dunno if that's the reason or i was just impatient and they hadn't activated it yet. And the 0/O check was the first thing i did

I sent another email to Nintendo, they haven't replied yet, still haven't received my code...

The distribution of these codes has been slowed down by some technical
issues we are working on with the promotion.

Register my 3DS on friday and still have not got the code and it sunday? do there not send the codes on the weekend or something? how long did other people have to wait to get there code?

I registered mine in December and got the ode a few days later, the later registrations i.e January got emails saying that it would be a few weeks for their codes to arrive

I registered an account for my daughter yesterday so that I could obtain a code for a second game, but when I click on the banner in the Club Nintendo account I just get the terms and conditions page. No game selection appears. I'm going to email them and hopefully they can fix it for me.

If it does take a few weeks for my code to come the event will be over I will wait till tuesday then email them.

you dont get it automatically you've got to choose it, I got mine a few days later I don't understand how people are not receiving them weeks later

Yeah i got mine the day after i registered, if i didn't receive my code after a couple of days i would pester Nintendo with e-mails until it was sorted.

Especially as the end of promotion is drawing near.

Yeah, its probably because of the 1000's of XL's people recieved for christmas that's causing a strain on Nintendo's code roll outs. Even if you guys don't get your codes before the deadline and your XL was registered before I'm sure Nintendo will honor your purchase

Chose the game I wanted ages ago, still waiting... at least Nintendo got alot of profit from all the 3DS XLs they sold, I guess...

I updated the 3DS and the dl code worked fine
And Hallelujah! i tried dad's debit card and it works!!
Now i can buy Harmoknight :33
