Hacking downgrading?

Won't be possible until the 3DS is fully hacked. It seems like there's a hack now that could allow that, but it could still take years before anything is released.

Downgrading any device will most likely fuck the system anyways.

Why would you want to downgrade anyway? Any hacks that are going to be released will be for the current firmware.

Yeah. Almost every 3DS update blocked flash carts.

No, I mean updates that have blocked the flashcarts themselves, I thought the guys who were making these flashcarts already made updates to bypass it.

Most carts stopped getting updates. Also these teams tend to cheap out on the specs and not put enough space, and updates want more and more data, so eventually even carts that were getting updates (like the AK2i) stop because they can't fit all the data after a certain point.

So the majority of carts out there no longer work on an updated 3DS.
