Hacking Downgrading to 3.2E from 3.3E

How would I go about doing this safely and would I lose any features?

Also, what other utility can I use to backup the NAND other than BootMii because I can't control the menu on BootMii.

Im pretty sure there are about a THOUSAND threads about this already.

I think there is an FSdump tool which can dump the nand and YAWND (yet another wii nand dumper) will probably do it (hence the name).
