I prblly sound stupid but it says If i use sysNAND ill brick my console , what exactly is sysnand and do i have it?

Sysnand is your system who come with the 3ds, so you have one.
soooo if im gonna downgrade i will brick my system? like 100%?

And when yes how do i get a different nand?

NAND is a unique chip in you'r motherboard that contain all the 3DS files that necessary to operate the system like you'r main menu, bootloader etc...
the sysNAND is the system where the 3DS use the NAND files to function.
If you want to downgrade you need to install all the downgrade files on the sysNAND.
Today the most recent downgrades programs on their last version like sysUpdater 0.4.2, SafeSysUpdater and Julian's sysUpdater have a chance of less then 1% to brick the console from what I read

So i can just run downgrae now ?

-You don't brick your system to 100%, but don't do it if you don't know exactly what you are doing, or wait for a stabler release. And for get a different "nand", you must do a Hardmod or use an Emunand (you need to be on <9.2 for that)

sysNAND is basically the NAND (flash storage) on the 3DS' board. If you tamper with it in a way that prevents the 3DS from booting, obviously that results in a brick.

Editing the sysNAND contents is required if you're downgrading your 3DS. If you're going to do something that touches the sysNAND, see which tutorials & programs are the most reliable (for instance, check the replies to see if anyone had issues). If you follow a reliable tutorial using a reliable version of sysUpdater, and you don't turn the power off or somehow tamper with the console while it's doing to downgrade process, you won't brick your 3DS. sysNAND is also required if you're going to play DSi or GBA games.

emuNAND is basically, well, the NAND that's been formatted onto the SD card. You can pretty much do whatever here and your sysNAND won't be touched. If you brick your emuNAND, you can restore a backup by booting to sysNAND and loading homebrew capable of doing so (e.g. Decrypt9)

ok guys thx , imma just downgrade see yer later XDD no risk no fun ;_;

You can downgrade but my suggestion is to check that you downloaded the correct file that match you'r console type and region. and also check the md5 :P
After that if everything is good, you can downgrade.

Maybe not, if you sure that the region and device type is correct, you just need to hope that the file was downloaded correctly with no problems.
I can't see a reason that the file was downloaded not correctly.

Oh...
you need to install cfw, make emuNAND(emuNAND is a virtual copy of you'r sysNAND on the SD Card). After you created emuNAND you can update the emuNAND without updating the system itself so you'r sysNAND will be with cfw on 9.2 and the emuNAND will be with online on 10.6.
