Hacking downgrading ios15

Ok so I bought this lu64model wii, and it's on 4.2u. I successfully installed homemade on it, when I get to the truchabug restorer I try to downgrade my ios15 but, it's unsuccessful, I get the error message Es_addtitlefinish returned -1017, could not set the revision to 0, can someone help me because I thinkthis would be the only way I could possibly install preloader, of which I desperately need.

Why do you not use DOP-Mii instead?

TBR works fine also, you just have to make sure you have the latest version, it is also easier if you download the firmware files via NUS. Latest version is here.

I have the latest version, and i select NUS download when im asked where i want to connect from, i select ios 36 in the beginning when trucha prompts me for an ios and you have the selection of all of them which you scroll with left and right, there i pick the 36, but ive also selected 35, 37, and 15 idk what to do....
