Hacking Downgrading a Luma enabled 3DS, Possible??

I have an O3DS with Luma installed, Also have a Gateway card. My kid uses the 3DS most of the time and last time she used it she must of updated it, Its on 11.0

She comes to me today claiming the Gateway wont work and after some reading around a bit i discover that Gateway doesnt work on 11.x upwards.

My question is, Is there any way to downgrade my 3DS back to 10.7 so that the Gateway card works again?

I think u dont have to downgrade just use flashcardtimewarp.cia it should unlock it

it will help with your needs, if using menuhax set up - change boot config to GW instead of Luma?

it depends on if you had a9lh setup and/or if they accidentally updated sysnand, if that is the case your screwed without a hard mod or a second already hacked 3ds

basically we will need more info for us to know exactly what your current setup is

Yes a9lh is already set up and working, i have Luma.

The only way to unlink your NANDs is to format sysNAND.

You can dump the ticket.db and then take the sd out when formatting and after that injecting the ticket.db back with Decrypt9 and put the sd back in

The only way to unlink your NANDs is to format sysNAND.

So can i make a nand backup before formatting and then restore it afterwards without affecting my a9lh installation?

If you make a NAND backup then restore it after formatting, that does absolutely nothing. It just relinks the NANDs. Also, formatting won't mess with a9lh installation, however, you may have to reinject FBI.

Right for the life of me i cannot get the injection to work!!! It all runs fine but when i launch h&s, its not fbi....

Scroll up on the same page and you will see an injectable FBI. Download and move that file to files9 folder. After that you can inject FBI to the hs.app.

That did not work, i had to use the universal inject app and create my own injected fbi on my pc and use that with decrypt9. Worked first try.

If you are not updated to the latest version then the pre-injected file will not work.

It's all good, sysnand and emunand all updated to latest, gateway fixed, freeshop, hbl, FBI all installed, all working perfectly
