Hey, I have a iPad 2 and have been waiting for a jailbreak for it as I'm on iOS 5, I was thinking about Downgradeing it to 4.3 and jail breaking it but I just have to ask, is it worth it? I have heard that 4.3 has some really annoying bugs and stuff and I do like some of ios5's features. I just dunno if Voiding my warranty is worth it ATM....any suggestions?

I think only iOS 4.3.3 can be jailbroken on the iPad 2 (with Saffron). 4.3.3 is pretty stable and bug-less, but you will (as you stated) lose some of iOS 5's features (Notification Center, multitasking gestures-- which can be enabled in 4.3.x, iMessage…). On the bright side, at least the iPod/Music app is (more) usable in 4.3.x.

Note that only Wi-Fi iPad 2s (those without 3G) can be downgraded at this time, and even then you must also have the SHSHs for 4.3.3 (provided you want to downgrade to 4.3.3).

I hope that was clear. If not, just let me know and I'll try to explain it better.
