Sadly no, no downgrade until there is an ARM9 kernel exploit, but at this point downgrade would be useless

I'll leave the Temp for some time, exploits are usually released when I do. I'll be leaving SOON™.

Checking the serial number visible on the box and comparing it to the firmware database here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/n3ds-xl-firmware-by-version-number.381479/ proves that his n3ds came with 9.0. busted and reported.

1- Had a 11.x 3ds
2- Sold it
3- bought a 9.0 3ds

And sometimes people simply lie, but yeah if we wanna pick holes in his story Afaik the Plailect guide which pretty much everyone follows has everyone explicitly downgrade to 9.2.0 not 9.0, ofcourse he could have found the 9.0 files elsewhere, but meh I'm calling bs same as everyone else
