Yes, install the System Menu 4.2 WAD and make sure you have IOS70 (not a stub!) installed. Multi-Mod Manager or ModMii can make this very easy. Of course, you must have the Homebrew Channel on your 4.3 Wii before you can do any of this. However, there is no real reason to downgrade anymore.
the thing is aye have a wii here but i upgraded it to 4.3 and i havent got any of the games to mod it is the system menu 4.2 on this site to download and could i brick the wii if i try to downgrade?
When you don't already have HBC or a forwarder channel installed, you must obtain one of those games, otherwise you won't be able to mod your wii.
